I’m Cesar Mendoza, originally from Peru and now based in the Netherlands. I started my career as an engineer in technical roles before moving into the business side of technology, and I completed my MBA in the Netherlands. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked in product management, bridging technical expertise with strategy. Most recently in the smart building industry, where I help make buildings more sustainable.

Alongside my career, I’ve spent nearly 15 years pursuing creative projects in photography, video, and digital content. I’ve been handling cameras and editing since I was 13, constantly experimenting with storytelling and visual expression.

Today, I share my journey at the intersection of creativity and efficiency and document systems, tools, and processes that inspire and equip others to create and optimize their own.
